Volunteer conditions

By joining Pay it forward, you agree to:

   Act with respect, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction, with the families and communities we serve as well as with the rest of the team and the allies who make each mission possible.

   Protect the dignity, privacy, and safety of beneficiaries: do not photograph, record, or share faces, names, addresses, or any data of the people we assist without their consent and the approval of the coordination team.

   Follow the security protocols established by the organization, including instructions on routes, schedules, meeting points, and communication channels, all designed to protect volunteers, families, and shipments.

   Do not use the missions, their image, or any information accessed through them for political, religious, commercial, or personal gain. Pay it forward is an independent humanitarian initiative.

   Work as a team and follow the coordinators' instructions, giving advance notice whenever a task or an agreed schedule cannot be met, so the team can reorganize in time.

   Keep confidential any sensitive information you have access to — family data, locations, logistics, suppliers, and any other internal detail — including after your collaboration ends.

7. 07

   Represent Pay it forward's values both during and outside missions: transparency, dignity, action, and hope, also on social media and in any public communication about the work carried out.
